With a background as a general contractor and custom home building, Nicholas Kennedy has truly unique hands-on experience in estate management and concierge services, which sets him and his service standards apart from all other estate management companies. He became the ultimate Master Builder having mastered Electrical Plumbing Mechanical Building and Sitework.

 

During the course of his career, Nicholas has managed commercial and residential projects of all sizes and types. He has also held supervisory roles in large-scale operational and personnel management in various industries, including automotive, where he specialized in scaling efficiency, increasing profitability, and growth. Nick holds a pilot’s license, flies for fun and enjoys the outdoors in his free time. He is the proud father of three boys whether it's the gym, hiking, mountain bike riding, playing pickleball, or golfing… he is always active.
